Just the job for a good chutney - especially if you add quinces, of which there should now be plenty. Recipe needed????? I will have to make some, since none was produced for 2 years and we are scraping the barrel. All over the place, people have their fruit falling down into the street, quinces included, but I do not have the courage to ring the bell and ask permission to pick them - coward!!!!
